  • Free shipping on orders overs £20.00 to United Kingdom. (Standard delivery £4.00)
  • Free shipping on orders overs USD 30.00 to United States and Canada.(Standard delivery USD 5.00)
  • Free shipping on orders overs €25.00 to Europe. (Standard delivery €5.00)
  • Free shipping on orders overs AUD 40.00 to Australia. (Standard delivery AUD 7.00)
  • Free shipping on orders overs ¥4,000 to Japan. (Standard delivery ¥1,000)

Shipping Information:

  • Please provide a correct, complete and safe shipping address when you place your order.
  • Please make sure that you enter the complete shipping address including zip code and reachable phone number when completing checkout.
  • If you enter the wrong shipping address or want to update your shipping address, please contact our customer service(info@minibuyers.net) to modify your address within 24 hours, we won’t be responsible for any problems caused by the shipping address you provide once it is shipped.
  • We are not responsible for shipping errors related to incorrect shipping addresses. If your package is returned to me marked as "refused," "unclaimed," or "undeliverable" and you would like to ship it again, you will be charged the applicable shipping fee.
Shipment Handling:
  • Most orders are processed within 2 - 3 days. We process orders between Monday - Friday and do not ship on weekends. The delivery usually takes 12 - 15 business days.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
  • Every order with its own tracking number to make sure you know where it is every step of the way!

Cancellation Policy:

  • We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order enters our system, it cannot be canceled within a reasonable order processing time. If you have other problems with the cancellation, please kindly check the RETURN & REFUND POLICY.
